ABOUT THE WORK

I began my work at Charlotte Ballet as an intern in my junior year of college in the summer of 2016. Through my three years at the ballet, I went from Marketing Intern (2016), Content Marketing Specialist (2017), Marketing Manager (2018), to Digital Marketing Manager (2019). Currently, I serve as a project-based marketing consultant for the company (2022). During my time as Digital Marketing Manager, I directed digital marketing programs, including all social media, website, email marketing, and paid digital marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing revenue, elevating public awareness, and enhancing brand reputation.


Social Voice: My goal in Charlotte Ballet's social media voice was to be friendly, approachable, and informative, working with the dancers on dancer-generated content, and helping shape the company's authenticity.
