Pe-lú; /pə-lo o/ Puertorican slang word used for expressing an extreme. Out of the necessity of wanting to be part of projects that would be more artistically committed to contribute to further the Latino experience in the US and raise awareness of the way a subculture tries to coexist, CarlosAlexis Cruz created Pelú Theatre - a physical theatre company.
ABOUT THE WORK
Company founder CarlosAlexis previously had a website for Pelu Theatré, but it was out of date and needed a redesign. The work on this theatre company's website involved redesigning the previous information, creating individual pages for past performances, with special attention on the newest production "Piccaro," a blog page to document the "journal of a journey," and a domain transfer. This website was created on Squarespace.
